I remember feeling an immense amount of pain and loss several years ago after miscarrying a baby. I was so sad and disappointed. And, if I’m being honest, I was mad at God. So, I cried out and asked Him why?
“I, I am He who comforts you.” Isaiah 51:12
God lovingly reminded me that answers don’t bring comfort. Only He can do that. Because He is the Comforter. So, I stopped chasing answers and allowed Him to tend to my hurting heart. And He did. If you are in need of comfort today, call out to the only One who can soothe your soul. He is close. He understands and His presence can bring comfort and peace. – Sandi
