Shortcuts are not always the best routes to take. Sometimes the scenic route is where God does His best work.
“God didn’t lead them on the road…that was shorter…God led the people around the desert road toward the Red Sea.” Exodus 13:17-18
You know what happened at the Red Sea? God split it open and allowed his people to walk on dry land to safety. He saved His people and reminded them of His faithfulness. God wasn’t interested in saving time, He was concerned about saving people. That same God is guiding you today. You can trust His guidance and His heart for you.
