I need this reminder. “While he was still a long way off.” God closes the gap. In my life, yours and anyone else who is still a long way off. That’s who He is. He looks at the distance and at our rebellion with compassion. He still moves toward us.
May this kind of love soften your heart toward the Father today. And may it renew your prayers for the one who is still a way off. God has an abundance of compassion for the prodigal heart. – Sandi
