There is something so powerful about prayer. Even if we sometimes doubt it.
“Peter was in prison, but the church was earnestly praying to God for him…Suddenly, an angel appeared and..the chains fell off Peter’s wrists.”
Acts 12:5,7
That was a powerful response to their prayers! So much so, that when Peter showed up, free from prison, those praying didn’t even believe it. They were astonished how God responded to their prayers.
Here’s the thing we’re called to do. Pray. Even when we have questions. God isn’t limited by our doubt. He responds when His kids cry out to Him. May we be earnest in our prayers today. And may God respond in astonishing ways for His glory and to our surprise. – Sandi
