When my kids were little, I remember 2 distinct sounds during a storm: thunder and them running into our room.
When they got scared, they didn’t want to be alone. They knew I couldn’t calm the storm, but they knew I was safe and comforting. If you’re scared today or battling fear, this truth is for you:
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid, for the Lord your God goes with you; He will never leave you or forsake you.”
Deuteronomy 31:6
You are not alone in the storm. God is with you. He may choose to speak to the waves. He may not. But He will never you leave you. His presence always brings comfort and peace. So be strong and courageous today. God is walking with you, so you don’t have to fear. – Sandi
