I think many of us struggle with feeling insignificant. Or small. Or unimportant. We can point out others who are important and significant but we don’t see ourselves that way. I’m not suggesting that we find our purpose in ourselves. But I do think we should have a healthy, truthful understanding of who we are.
“You are the God who sees me. I have now seen the One who sees me.” Genesis 16:13
That was said by a seemingly insignificant person in scripture. Most of us wouldn’t know her name. But she had a couple of really significant things figured out: God sees us.
Our purpose begins when we see and understand who HE is.
God sees you today. And He wants you to see Him. When you know whose you are, your sense of value and purpose changes. It is intact and unshakeable. Don’t allow the enemy to rob you of purpose today. You are seen and known. – Sandi
