It is easier to serve the God I create in my mind than the One who created me.
“They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshipped and served created things rather than the Creator…” Romans 1:25
It is difficult to admit, but I can relate. Perhaps you can too. I put my ideas and thoughts onto God and then say I love and trust Him. It is so easy to do, especially when His will and Word don’t line up with popular opinion. Or my own way. The only God worth trusting is the One who created it all. Knows everything. Sent His Son.
His ways and thoughts are higher. Because He is God. And is He is worthy of our trust and worship. – Sandi
