What if worship is one of the greatest weapons you have.
“When they went out in front of the armed forces, they kept singing: ‘Give thanks to the Lord, for his faithful love endures forever.’ The moment they began their shouts and praises, the Lord set an ambush around the enemy, and they were defeated.” 2 Chronicles 20:21
How do you defeat discouragement? How do you combat fear? Worship anyway. Change the atmosphere in your mind and heart. Sing of His goodness. Ponder His faithfulness. Remember His love for you. Let Truth win the battle in your mind.
It is good for our hearts to worship. Especially when we’re in the heat of battle. It serves as a reminder to the enemy and our own souls, that God is good. He is faithful. And He is with us. Knowing that is half the battle. Worship anyway. – Sandi
