Have you lost your joy? Does peace seem to be out of reach? You feel like your heart is more than half empty and you don’t know why? I’ve been there too.
“You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy…” Psalm 16:11
My joy seems to have a leak in it. There are a lot of reasons why. But I have found this promise of God to be true. He is the source of joy. When I spend time with Him, my joy is restored. And when I recognize that my joy is lacking, it usually coincides with my lack of time in His presence.
What if, what you’re looking for, is findable? In Him? What if your lack of joy is merely a symptom? A reminder of what your heart is longing for? A nudge from God Himself who longs to spend time with you?
May you find the fullness of joy that He has for you today. May you experience the peace that comes from knowing your Father and knowing your path. Findable. Full. Joy. – Sandi
