What is the root of fear in your life? What brings you the most anxiety? It may be helpful to call it out. To name it and look at it in view of God’s authority.
“The Lord is my light and my salvation- whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life- of whom shall I be afraid?” Psalm 27:1
We face scary things in life. Health concerns. Loss and grief. Uncertainty about the future. So what do we do when fear and anxiety rise up? Look at them through the lens of God’s faithfulness.
If God is for you and with you, fear doesn’t get the final word. If God is holding you, then you don’t have to carry the weight alone.
Whom or what shall you fear? No one and nothing. Because the Lord is near. And He is faithful. – Sandi
