How big is God? As a kid, I remember trying to figure that out. I still haven’t. But, I do know that He is both immensely big and intentionally personal.
“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. He determines the number of stars and calls them each by name. Great is our Lord and mighty in power; his understanding has no limit.”
Psalm 147:3-5
God is bigger than we can comprehend. He has always been. He created the world and everyone in it. Too vast to ponder. Yet He is intimately involved with every detail of our lives. He is close. He cares. He listens. He responds.
I don’t know which blows my mind the most. His vast power or His intimate care. Great is our God. There is none like Him. So, we call on His name in worship and surrender. – Sandi
