Sometimes I seek a “fix” from God more than the grace of God. But He promises that His grace is enough to walk us through every situation we face.
“Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. But He said, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” 2 Corinthians 12:8-9
If you’re crying out to God for a fix or “one and done” remedy, you’re not alone. We are invited to bring all of our worries to Him. But oftentimes, He chooses another way. He walks with us through the storm. He gives us the grace and strength to persevere. Why? Because He knows best. He knows how to grow our faith. And He knows how to reveal His strength and love to a watching world. When they see your weakness and His strength, it is evidence of His existence and goodness.
