You know that glazed over look in someone’s eyes when they’re just not interested in what you have to say? That is never God’s response to you. He can’t wait to listen and respond to you.
“Before they call, I will answer; while they are still speaking I will hear.” Isaiah 65:24
God is eager. He leans in. Because He can’t wait to listen to you. The cries of your heart are heard by the King.
He may have different timing to respond or an answer that isn’t what you expected. But He is never nonchalant about listening to His children. He always has time for you. He already has the answer that you are looking for.
When you call out to Him today, you can know that God is eager. He’s listening and He is already moving on your behalf. He simply can’t wait. –Sandi
