  • Program Director for JOY FM's Sister Station, BOOST 95.5

    One of your favorite things about radio is the people behind the mic. Plus you love Jesus, radio, and Hip Hop. If that sounds like you, maybe you belong at BOOST 95.5 in St. Louis as our next Program Director! BOOST Radio is the sister station to 99.1 JOY FM, and the St. Louis signal is the flagship for the BOOST Radio Network (Christian Hip Hop radio stations heard in parts of 9 states). You’d work closely with our Network PD coaching Air Talent, fostering a healthy team, and hosting a daily excellent on-air show.

    • Previous professional on-air and programming experience (3+ years).
    • Strong relational skills and proven ability to manage others
    • Proficiency in 360-degree communication
    • You’re mission-minded. Humble. You have a vibrant and growing relationship with Jesus.
    • A clear understanding of BOOST Radio’s mission and target audience
    • Strong understanding of Christian Hip Hop & Pop culture
    • Fluence in radio research and metrics, including Nielsen ratings, perceptual studies, AMT’s, and callout/online surveys.
