I’m not certain, but I think she may have been the devil in a miniskirt. We were in the process of buying 99.1 and she was attempting to thwart our efforts. Unexpectedly, she arrived at the station. Before meeting with her, God whispered to my heart, “She is here to try to bring harm. But I want you to serve her.”
Upon greeting me, she said, “You know I’m not here to harm you, right?” My jaw dropped. I felt like I was eye to eye with the enemy. But I served. Soft drinks. Conversation. We spent about 2 hours together.
“Do not be overcome by evil but overcome evil with good.” Romans 12:21
God taught me a couple of things that day: He can bring peace into any situation. And He is bigger than anything we face. The next time I heard from the miniskirted visitor was when she emailed to tell me that she now loves Jesus…and listens to JOY FM. Another jaw drop! – Sandi
