Our oldest son was in high school and struggling to figure out his faith. He knew of God but hadn’t surrendered to Him. The wrestling was painful to watch. My prayer was “God, will you reveal yourself to my son?”
“You are the God who sees me. I have now seen the One who sees me.” Genesis 16:13
My son went to a church youth camp and returned saying, “God revealed Himself to me.” He shared about the very personal encounter he had with God that transformed his life. There is nothing more powerful than getting a glimpse of the Savior. If you are wrestling with your faith, will you ask God to reveal Himself to you? When you see the One who sees, knows and loves you, it will change the trajectory of your life and eternity. God, open our eyes as you reveal yourself to us! -Sandi
