Have you ever embarrassed yourself by the way you acted or talked? I’m asking for a friend! On my really bad days, I can even make excuses and justify my behavior. I’m challenged by this verse:
“Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ.” Philippians 1: 27
Whatever. Happens. The good, the bad, the unfair. In every situation and circumstance, our calling is to honor God. We won’t always get it right, but I pray that the next time “whatever” happens, we will respond in a Spirit led way that surprises even us. The only way God comes out when we’re squeezed is if God is going in when we’re not. So, let’s give Him full reign in our minds and hearts today. Whatever. – Sandi
