What do you do when life unfolds in a way that you never saw coming? Is it possible to have an “even if” kind of faith?
“If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to save us…but even if he does not, we…will not serve your gods…” Daniel 3:17-18
We face the choice every day. Do we trust God even when we feel the heat? Even when life seems unfair? We cry out to God knowing that He is able. We know God can. But sometimes His way is not our way. That’s when we have a choice.
Are we trusting in an outcome or in a faithful God who isn’t always predictable? God may work in your life in a way that you expect today. He may not. So, what will you do? I pray that we will serve Him and trust Him, even if!
