I’ve noticed that my hope can ebb and flow. It tends to increase or decrease based on my emotions or outcomes.
“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans 15: 13
That’s what I want! To overflow with hope, joy and peace. Regardless. The key? “As you trust in Him.” When my trust tanks, so does my joy and peace. But when I place my trust in Him more than myself or my circumstances, then there’s room for overflowing hope. God, fill us to overflowing today! – Sandi
