We can’t earn God’s love. It is freely given. And always undeserved. But our actions can either please or displease God’s heart.
“…God’s heart was grieved and filled with pain…But Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord…He walked with God.” Genesis 6:5-9
God understands our humanity and loves us anyway. But it pleases God when we humbly follow His lead. And it grieves His heart when we don’t.
Responding to God’s unending love, looks like surrendering our lives. May we grasp how immense His love is. And how pleased He is when we walk with Him. – Sandi
