One of the most powerful things you can do for someone who doesn’t know Jesus is to pray for them. Pray that God speaks to them and reveals Himself. He can! God called Samuel by name 3 times.
“Samuel did not yet know the Lord.” 1 Samuel 3: 7
God was speaking to Samuel before Samuel even knew God. I remembered that when our oldest son was wrestling with God. It was painful. My husband and I began praying a simple prayer: God, reveal yourself to our son. And He did. In a powerful way. When our son was telling us about the experience, He said, “God revealed Himself to me.” I want you to know that God can reach anyone. He can speak and reveal Himself to anyone. Keep praying for those that you love.
