“I know your hard work, your perseverance…you’ve endured hardships…and you’ve not grown weary…But you’ve walked away from your first love.” Revelation 2:2-4
There is both comfort and conviction in those words.
You don’t have to earn God’s love. Your hard work…your good work…isn’t what matters most.
Your love relationship with God. Your heart in sync with His heart…that’s the key.
He loves you. He desires your heart more than your words or actions. What comfort. What a challenge.
