Don’t settle for anything less than God’s best. I don’t know where I first heard that, but it has stuck with me. I have challenged my kids and myself to remember that God always has a plan. And the world always has a counterfeit option.
“…so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ…” Philippians 1:10
You will probably face some choices or decisions today that require discernment. Is this God’s best for me? Will this honor God? Have I prayed about this yet? These are some of the questions that come to mind as I try to discern God’s way, my way or the no way’s of each day.
God wants what is best for you as well. So, you can trust that He will give you the clarity needed when the time comes. I pray that God gives you discernment to know His voice. His way. His best. And the courage to settle for nothing less. – Sandi
