Are you saved? I’m not asking so that I can judge you. I simply remember when I had a lot of doubt surrounding that question of being “saved.” Honestly, I think I was overthinking it. Here is the simple truth about being saved:
“If you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved….Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Romans 10:9,13
Being right with God (salvation) isn’t about reciting words or even living a good life. It starts with believing that Jesus died for us and then surrendering to live for Him… that’s salvation. If you’re uncertain about your standing with God, why not have a life altering (eternity altering) conversation with Him? Thank Him for dying for your sins. And commit the rest of your life to His authority. When you do, you’re saved. You have His Word on it! – Sandi
