Oh, that pesky four-letter word. FEAR. If worry were an Olympic sport, I’d be winning gold!
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything…present your requests to God and the peace of God which passes all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds…” Philippians 4:6-7
Worry is real. But so is God’s peace. And we’re invited to exchange our fear for peace when we pray. When we recognize His authority and His provision, our fears diminish. God’s peace doesn’t come when we understand a situation. It comes when we surrender the situation to Him. Talk to God today about your worry. Release the fear. And embrace His peace. It will serve as a shield to your mind and heart. – Sandi
