You’re tired, overwhelmed, and weary from the fight. You need help. And that’s OK!
“As long as Moses held up his hands, the Israelites were winning…When Moses’ hands grew tired…Aaron and Hur held his hands up- one on one side, one on the other…” Exodus 17:11-12
Moses needed help. His friends stepped in and literally held him up. They defeated the enemy together. They won the battle together.
It isn’t a sign of weakness to ask for help. It doesn’t mean you are a bad Christian. It means you’re honest. You’re human. And you are humble. God honors that.
Who has God placed in your life to be a lifeline for you? Who can be a source of steadiness and strength to you? Who is in your “army?” Invite them into your battle. Allow them to carry you.
And if you’re battle ready today, be on the lookout for someone who needs you. “Together” is a powerful weapon against the enemy. – Sandi
