Why does God allow suffering? I don’t know all of the reasons. But I do know that we live in a broken world and that suffering is the common denominator. Even Jesus suffered. I also know that God can use anything to produce good in our lives, even suffering.
“We rejoice in our sufferings because we know that suffering produces perseverance, which produces character, which produces hope.” Romans 5:3-4
Suffering is part of the “life” experience. But for the believer in Jesus, it also part of the “growing” experience. There is purpose in the pain. Allow God to use it to produce perseverance, character and hope. – Sandi
