I’m not who I was in high school. There are a lot of reasons for that…..but 2 stand out: 1. Jesus 2. Who I choose to hang out with.
“He who walks with the wise, grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm.” Proverbs 13:20
The people that we are closest to speak into our lives. They shape and form our thoughts. And our thoughts shape and form our lives. I am so thankful for the people that I get to “walk with” who love Jesus….and love me. Take a look at who speaks into your life. If they are wise, Godly people, then you are blessed and growing in wisdom. If you need more wise counsel in your life, ask God to show you where to start. We can love everybody. But not everybody should have access to your heart and thoughts. Let’s be wise. – Sandi
