Who takes the lead in your life? I know the Sunday school answer. But I also know that in many given moments in my life, I choose either my sin or my pride over God’s leading.
“Do not let sin reign in your life so that you obey its desires…You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness.” Romans 6:12,18
We are wired to follow. Who we follow determines the trajectory of our lives and our eternity. Every day we are invited to follow a path of our own desires and the luring of sin. But God paid the price for our freedom. We have a choice, we don’t have to be enslaved to sin anymore. May God take the lead today. May our sin be surrendered. And may we walk in freedom. – Sandi
